This is a stand alone device, working independently from original navigation with adapted steering wheel, voice and control knob controls. Switching between OEM system and Lexus Carplay Android Auto system takes 1 button longpress.
The module has the functionality to use your car’s original Bluetooth channel, this way maintaining good sound quality compared to the AUX audio channel. It is also possible to use your car’s original Bluetooth phone function via Apple Carplay / Android Auto.
