Wireless Audi Apple CarPlay works with Iphones iOS 10 and newer versions.
Android Auto works with most of the Android 10 and higher operation system having mobile phones.

This Audi Apple CarPlay & Android Auto MMi add-on is designed for Audi vehicles equipped with the Concert or Symphony multimedia system (2008–2016).
