1.1. The website www.CARPLAYMODE.COM (hereinafter – the Website) is owned and operated by MB „JM Ekspresas“ (Company code: 304400589; registered address: Europos pr. 85a, LT-46287 Kaunas) (hereinafter – CARPLAYMODE.COM).

1.2. These Privacy Protection Rules are a written document that establishes the privacy provisions (hereinafter – Privacy Rules) applicable to all persons using the Website and Services. Terms used in the Privacy Rules correspond to those defined in the Website Terms of Use (hereinafter – Terms), unless specifically defined otherwise in the Privacy Rules.

1.3. By using the Website and/or Services in any way or form, the Visitor unconditionally and irrevocably agrees to comply with all requirements set forth in these Privacy Rules. If the Visitor does not agree to fully comply, they are not entitled to use the Website and/or Services.

Continued use of the Website and/or Services after publication constitutes full acceptance of the updated Privacy Rules. Data Collected by CARPLAYMODE.COM

2.1. Full use of the Website and Services requires registration. Registration is completed by clicking the relevant link on the Website, filling in all mandatory fields (first name, last name, email, phone number, password), and optionally completing additional fields to provide information about the Visitor to CARPLAYMODE.COM (hereinafter – Data).
