Installation & Compatibility
This Android touchscreen multimedia system is designed for plug-and-play installation with no coding and no wire cutting required. It is compatible with BMW 3 Series models without an original screen:
• BMW 3 Series E90 (2005–2012) – Saloon
• BMW 3 Series E91 (2005–2012) – Touring
• BMW 3 Series E92 (2005–2012) – Coupe
• BMW 3 Series E93 (2005–2012) – Convertible (iDrive knob not supported)
For vehicles without a factory screen, a mounting space must be created. Full installation instructions and cutting templates are provided after purchase.
An optional iDrive controller can be installed on certain gearshift trims for a more OEM-like experience. The system can also be fully controlled via touchscreen, steering wheel buttons, and voice commands.
