This Unit connects with the original factory wiring via the original connectors and will not require:

Installation is completely reversible and has no effect on original vehicle functions.
To engage the CarPlay/Android Auto Interface and switch from the vehicle original equipment (OE) system to the CarPlay or Android Auto systems use a long-press of the HOME button.
