Returns & Refunds
Return Policy
Product returns are handled in accordance with the Order No. 217 of the Minister of Economy of the Republic of Lithuania (29 June 2001) “On the Approval of the Rules for Return and Exchange”.
Return Period
The buyer may return goods within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery.
During this period, the buyer may change their mind or withdraw from the purchase for any reason and return the goods to receive a refund.
Conditions for Returned Goods
Returned items must be:
undamaged;
in original commercial condition;
fully functional;
returned with original, undamaged packaging;
returned with all accessories, documents, and any gifts received with the purchase.
How to Start a Return
To exercise the right of return, the buyer must:

Notify the seller (verbally or in writing) within 14 days of delivery.

Submit a written request including:

order number;
-
names and quantities of returned items;

amount paid;
-
buyer’s full name, phone number;

(optional) reason for return;

bank account details for the refund.

Returning the Goods
The buyer must return the goods within 14 days after notifying the seller, using one of the following methods:
In person: hand over the goods to the seller (or an authorised representative) after agreeing on time and location.
By registered mail: carefully pack the goods and send them to:

A valid tracking number must be provided. Without it, the return is considered incomplete.
Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.
Refunds
If the return meets all requirements, the buyer receives:
a full refund of the amount paid;
reimbursement of the initial delivery cost.
The seller issues the refund within 14 calendar days after receiving and inspecting the goods.
Returning Items Before Delivery
If the buyer cancels the order before the goods are delivered, the buyer must cover all transportation costs and ensure the safety of the goods during transport.
Inspection & Value Reduction
The seller may assess the condition of returned goods.
The buyer is responsible for any value reduction caused by:
improper handling;
unnecessary actions beyond what is needed to inspect the product;
improper packaging during return transport.
The seller may reduce the refund amount proportionally to the decrease in product value.
Returns Due to Quality Defects
If the goods are returned due to quality defects, the seller:
fully refunds the price of the defective product;
covers delivery and return shipping costs.
If only part of the order is returned, shipping costs are refunded proportionally.
If the buyer chooses an alternative return method that causes excessive costs, the seller is not obliged to cover those costs.
The buyer retains all rights regarding defective goods as provided by Lithuanian law.
Warranty Period
Warranty Period
All new products come with a manufacturer’s warranty, indicated in the product description.
If the product becomes defective within the warranty period, repairs are performed free of charge.
The warranty starts from the purchase date stated on the invoice (electronic or paper), which serves as proof of warranty.
Warranty Claims
Warranty Does Not Cover
If a product fails, the buyer must:

The buyer must provide all known information regarding the issue.
The seller inspects the item and informs the buyer about repair or replacement options within 30 days.
The warranty does not apply to defects caused by:
improper use;
electrical supply issues;
short circuits caused by foreign objects;
inappropriate chemical substances;
normally wearing parts (bulbs, glass, ceramic, textile, paper);
repairs made by unauthorised persons.
Refunds for Warranty Items
Money is not refunded for items that fail during the warranty period, except in cases specified in the Product Return Policy.
